The Therapist Behind SlowFlow Therapies
 

I'm a qualified massage therapist based in Cardiff and

the founder of SlowFlow Therapies.
 

Massage runs in my family. My grandmother is a chiropractor,

while my mother and sister are professionally trained massage therapists based in Prague.

Inspired by their passion, I decided to follow in their footsteps.
 

I hold a VTCT Level 3 qualification in Complementary & Wellbeing Therapies, a Level 3 Certificate in Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology,

and additional FHT-accredited training certificates by Teach-Therapy.
 

I'm currently studying Level 3 Sports Massage to further develop my skills.
